New apartment in a residence. Full of comfort. 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen with a sofa-bed and a terrace with a barbecue, where you can spent time enjoying view of Etna. Facilities include a shower, electric oven, fridge, washing machine, iron, toaster, TV set, weekly cleaning and linen change included, stereo, reserved car park. The place make you able to visit many towns in a minute. And thanks to the good weather it’s good to enjoy you also in the winter.

Bedroom 1 with double bed and 1 single bed.

Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and mirror.

Cooker, fridge, freezer, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, iron with ironing board, kitchen ware and tableware.

There is heating and air conditioning. Also during the winter you can enjoy the terrace and the BBQ. The swimming pool it will be available from summer 2009.

The owner speaks English and French.
The east coast of Sicily offers a lot of things to do every time of the year. Either the Volcano or the beach, the place is an attarction for lots of people. From Catania to Taormina the place offers lots of things to do and to see. There are several restaurant that serve Typical Sicilian food, and also shops where you can find whetever you like.

The beach is far from the residence only 400m.
During the summer the beach has several Lidi providing facilities and they are not expensive.

Catania airport 35km. Nearest motorway exit Giarre 7km. Main Road N°114 1km. Etna’s marina 2km. The use of car is recommended.

Taormina 15km. Etna 20km. Catania 30km. Acireale 15km. Fondachello(Beach) 1km. Siracusa 100km.

You will find easily shops, restaurant, supermarkets 2km from the apartment in the village of Fondachello and in the towns of Giarre and Mascali.

The changeover day is Saturday but it can be flexible in some periods of the year (not high season).
